This menu is ideal for weddings, graduations, church events, celebrations, and large-scale catering, offering generous portions, familiar flavors, and food meant to bring people together with ease and warmth.
The Chefs Table
Refined. Intimate. Creative.
A curated, chef-driven dining experience designed for smaller gatherings and special occasions.
This menu is best suited for in-home dinners, private events, and fine dining experiences, featuring thoughtful courses, elevated presentation, and a more personal, hands-on approach.

Mission Center Pickles
This is a family recipe that’s been passed down and loved for years. Made in small batches right here at Mission Center Café, our thin-sliced dill pickles are bright, tangy, and perfectly balanced.
We’ve been asked again and again to make these available, so we listened. Every jar supports our mission to feed, connect, and give back to the community.
MEET THE CHEF
Chef Kate is the chef behind The Mission Center Café. She is formally trained, holding an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, with professional experience spanning fine dining, catering, and private dining.
Her approach to food is rooted in excellence, intention, and hospitality, creating meals that bring people together and serve with purpose. The Mission Center Café was built on the belief that food can do more than feed, it can connect, care for, and strengthen community.
